COVID STOCK UPDATE
We are experiencing delays in the supply of Van Vault Stock due to disruption of global shipping schedules during the early stages of the pandemic. This has been compounded by a surge in demand for imports and container shortages, which has caused bottlenecks at ports worldwide. We are taking all possible steps to work through this challenge and are collaborating with our logistical partners to get stock to you as quickly as we can. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT METOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro.
ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SECURE?
vanvault.co.uk uses the Sage Pay ePDQ system to process your online payments. Sage Pay utilises the same high standard as Internet banking to process card transactions from the website. Payment details are captured within the secure ePDQ infrastructure and therefore you have complete confidence that your details are secure. ePDQ takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers and always ensures that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I SELL MY VEHICLE?
This is up to you. You can either sell your vehicle with the Van Vault product already fitted or you can remove it. However, if you have fixed the Van Vault into your vehicle, remember there will be 4 fitting point holes remaining in the vehicle.
WILL SECURING A VAN VAULT INTO MY VEHICLE REDUCE MY INSURANCE PREMIUM?
All insurance companies are different and will assess your insurance depending on various factors. Speak with your individual insurance provider to see whether your Van Vault product will affect your insurance premium.
WHERE CAN I FIND SPARES AND EXTRAS?
Spares and optional extras are available across the Van Vault vehicle storage range including castor wheel sets, lid stays, gas struts and locks.
WHAT DO I NEED TO CONSIDER WHEN LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE OF ON-SITE SECURITY SOLUTION?
Size of your vehicle or location - do not forget to obtain chassis drawings of your vehicle prior to installation What will you be looking to safeguard? How much are you willing to spend? WHAT DO I NEED TO CONSIDER WHEN INSTALLING A VAN VAULT INTO A VEHICLE?
If you choose to fit your Van Vault product in a vehicle, ensure that you consult and follow your vehicle handbook, or the instructions of your vehicle manufacturer/local dealership, to locate the appropriate fitting point(s)/method of fitting for this product. Do this before installation to avoid damage to any aspects of your vehicle.We do not accept liability or responsibility for any damage to, or effects on, a vehicle caused by incorrect fitting or installation or the selection of inappropriate fittings.
